INITIAL CONSULTATION

Do you love our style and want to learn more about our services? You can send us an email or fill out the contact form. We’ll respond within 24 hours with a questionnaire to help us better understand your vision, ideas, and desires for your event. We’ll then schedule an introductory call to see if we can work together. After the call, if you’re interested in our services, we’ll send you our personalized proposal and, following that, the contract to start this incredible journey together.

VENUE SEARCH

Based on your wedding criteria (number of guests, budget, location style, vision), our team will search for and provide you with a detailed list of the most suitable venues. We’ll accompany you during the venue visits and guide you through the contract phase once you’ve selected the perfect location for your big day.

Our goal is not only to bring your dream day to life but also to make the entire journey leading up to your wedding the most seamless and stress-free experience you can imagine.

To facilitate this, we provide you with a wedding shared folder that keeps everything you need right at your fingertips. This includes a budget spreadsheet with a payment schedule, a planning timeline, and a coordination document with the guest list, seating chart, and much more, always kept up-to-date.

CONCEPT & DESIGN

Now, it’s time to bring your ideas to life. We’ll listen to you, and based on your desires, our team will start creating your mood board and design project for your big day. The design phase will help you get an exact idea of what your wedding will look like.

PLANNING

Once the concept is approved, we will begin the planning phase, carefully designing every detail and creating a day-of schedule. We’ll contact our top vendors and present you with their proposals. We will be by your side in making the most important decisions

COORDINATION

We will coordinate with all the vendors from the initial planning stages right through to the big day, providing all the necessary support for the realization of an extraordinary event. We will oversee every aspect of your wedding, from the moment the first vendors arrive at the venue until the end of the event.
