- Unlimited hours for meetings and consultations as needed
- Unlimited email correspondence
- Pre-wedding timeline and checklist
- Budget management
- Assistance in choosing and booking the best vendors, including negotiation
- Assistance in managing payment schedules
- Arrangement of furniture rentals
- Assistance and guidance in selecting the best menu and wine pairings
- Help in sourcing traditional Italian wedding favors to create personalized welcome bags
WEDDING DESIGN
- Complete concept and design
- Vendor selection from our curated list based on your style and budget
- Management and design of wedding stationery with the finest vendors in Tuscany and Italy
- Reception floor plans and layout design
WEDDING COORDINATION
- Communication and coordination with all vendors from start to finish
- Organization of logistics, table layout, and seating chart
- Creation of a detailed event schedule sent to couples at least 10 days before the wedding
- Coordination and supervision during the Wedding Day
- Overseeing installation and set-up at the ceremony/reception locations and venues
- Assistance for Guests with any special needs, including food allergies
- Final Ceremony and reception walk-through with all vendors and touch-ups to ceremony reception areas before guest arrival
- Coordination with valet and transportation
PRE- AND POST-WEDDING ACTIVITIES
- Rehearsal dinner planning, including venue selection
- Arrangement of farewell brunch/lunch or dinner
- Organization of tours, wine tastings, cooking classes, and other activities to enhance your Italian celebration
