Niccolò and Iris
A destination wedding with a unique elegance in the heart of Tuscany

Their love, palpable in the gestures and through the looks. That love that, from France, they decided to crown right here, in Tuscany, to experience once again the views and scents of Niccolò’s childhood memories, together with the typical Italian hospitality.

A couple of unique beauty and elegance, the protagonist of an unforgettable wedding weekend between Chiusi and Pienza, surrounded by the beautiful Sienese landscape.

Niccolò and Iris from France to Tuscany to crown their love dream

Niccolò and Iris wanted to pronounce their fateful “Yes, I do!” with a religious ceremony, a moment, full of emotion and feelings, that came to life inside the splendid Cathedral of Chiusi, a Co-Cathedral that stands on the remains of an ancient basilica of the sixth century, transformed and rebuilt in the twelfth century.

The colour palette for the floral project of the church was developed on the light tones of peach, ivory, and of the inevitable green that, with the addition of delicate contrasts and scenic pampas, accompanied the imposing nave with a touch of romance.

When the beauty of nature meets design, a unique tailor-made project is born

Those who decide to get married in Tuscany always desire just one thing: to experience it all. From the atmosphere to nature, to the culinary delicacies.

When planning and taking care of every detail of an event, there are situations that are not predictable, but that still need to be arranged in advance with the so-called “plan B.” A real “lifeline” that even on the most beautiful day of Niccolò and Iris proved to be fundamental.

On the morning of the big day, during Iris’ preparation, a strong storm, typical of the summer season, decided to come to visit, leaving to the sun the rest of the day. However, thanks to the tensile structure included in the design phase (as a plan B), the bad weather was not a problem.

And it was right inside the tensile structure that the reception’s dinner came to life surrounded by an enveloping atmosphere.

A mise en place characterised the imperial tables and the newlywed’s central table with white, ivory, and gold shades enriched with terracotta details and many candles. All this following the same chromatic fil rouge of the preparation of the church but with the addition of red.

As in any self-respecting tailor-made wedding, personalised accessories and corners were created for the guests of Niccolò and Iris, according to their needs and comfort.

Starting from the tableau de marriage made with blown and calligraphed glass vases to the Photo Booth and the corner with straw hats and espadrilles, ideal for the wedding party.

Finally, the next day, to conclude the dream wedding weekend in Tuscany together with their guests, no one could miss the brunch that, for Niccolò and Iris, became a real “pizza party.”
