Kieran and Kayla chose Maremma Tuscany for their dream wedding. They traveled from Los Angeles and invited close family and friends for an Intimate Destination Wedding. 

This enchanting Destination Wedding in Maremma started with a welcome barbecue. Two days later, it ended with an exclusive poolside brunch in truly Italian Style. Kieran and Kayla, a wonderful couple, filled the event with their charm and energy, making it unforgettable!

We selected La Pescaia Resort as the wedding venue, ensuring Kieran and Kayla’s guests experienced comfort and authenticity. Nestled in the heart of Maremma between Roccastrada and Castiglione della Pescaia, this luxury resort provided the perfect setting for Kayla’s utmost elegance. The bride captivated everyone with her impeccable style from the moment she entered!

Kieran and Kayla opted for a Catholic ceremony to exchange their vows. We meticulously decorated La Pescaia Resort’s private chapel, aligning it with the wedding style. The greenery’s natural tones harmonized with the vibrant burgundy and softer shades like peach and light pink, gradually transitioning to pure white. Drawing inspiration from the ombré style, we infused it into their special day’s setup and decorative details!

Nature embraced tradition with vibrant hues across the Tuscan landscape, creating the perfect stage for an unforgettable, typically Italian Destination Wedding. Every element contributed to a magical and engaging experience – from the lush scenery to the enchanting customs.

The wedding design featured carefully coordinated shades and gradients on the color scale. Every detail of the setup, from flowers to design, candles on the tables to fresh fruit baskets, silk ribbons on place cards, to the ink color used for the menus, was in perfect harmony!

 

 

An enchanting dinner under the Tuscan sky: a heartfelt moment for Kieran and Kayla!

The symphony of colors created a magical atmosphere for the reception, accompanied by a magnificent starry sky. This ambiance perfectly reflected Kieran and Kayla’s style and personality. The dinner at their wedding was touching and emotional. Friends and some relatives of the couple delivered heartfelt speeches before, and lively dancing followed!

Cake cutting and the bride’s outfit change, let the celebrations begin!

 

The dances started with the traditional cake-cutting moment, featuring a delicious Italian-style millefoglie adorned with berries and powdered sugar. The couple actively participated in decorating the cake with the pastry chef, creating a visually spectacular experience. Kayla’s amused smile and Kieran’s loving gaze remain vivid in my memory.

After the cake cutting, the stunning Kayla again surprised the guests with an outfit change for the party. The energy and emotions of this newlywed couple were genuinely remarkable!

 

 

Harmony of light and color: the ombré-style design project

 

This Made in Italy Destination Wedding was a unique and special project, made possible by Kayla and Kieran’s trust from the beginning. Every design detail was meticulously crafted, starting with the color selection. The ombré style guided the entire study and planning of the setup. I am proud to have been one of Italy’s first event designers to capture this style’s essence and elegance!

Although the term “ombré” might seem Italian, it originates from English, and its translation is not immediate. Kieran and Kayla’s wedding photos effectively explain this concept: it’s a play of shades and shadows. This style strategically uses a predominant color, skillfully transitioning from more profound to softer shades in perfect harmony.
